This is the most dramatic jewelry guarantee possible, and we back it 100% for life. Simply return the jewelry item postage prepaid to us , with the Guarantee Certificate that accompanied the item. Include $7.50 per item, to cover cost of handling, return postage and insurance. Replacement will include a new Guarantee Certificate. This guarantee covers all costume jewelry of up to and including $49.95 retail value. This guarantee does not cover and 10K, 14K gold, genuine diamond, sterling silver or cubic zirconia.

FINE JEWELRY LIMITED GUARNTEE
1. Our fine jewelry is guaranteed to be as described.
2. If not completely satisfied, return merchandise within five days of delivery for replacement or full refund.
3. Jewlery must be returned to us in its original condition with the original sales slip or online purchase receipt.

* Replacement is subject to item availability. If exact replacement is not available, replacement will be a coparable item of at least equal value.

RETURN OF MERCHANDISE (other than jewelry)
Unconditional satifaction guaranteed for 30 days. Refund for the purchase price (less shipping)for any reason or no reason what so ever. (within 30 days of purchase) Packages unopened and returned by the carrier as Refused or Unclaimed will be subject to a $10.00 restocking fee. Please send an email before returning any defective merchandise. Upon receipt, defective merchandise will be repaired or replaced free of charge upon manufacturers acceptance of same. All representations are those of the manufacturer and not of ours. Our responsibility for damage ceases upon acceptance by Common Carrier.
